Instructions

  1. Add butter and sugar to stand mixer, cream for 4-5 minutes until fluffy
  2. Add eggs and vanilla, cream for 1-2 minutes
  3. Slowly stir in flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt
  4. Wrap dough in saran wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes
  5. Section dough into 24 smooth round balls
  6. Completely coat each ball with seasoning mixture
  7. Place balls on parchment-lined baking sheet, then back for 10-15 minutes, checking regularly for doneness
  8. Remove from oven to cool slightly, then transfer to a wire cooling rack
