🙞 M&M Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ¾ cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups M&Ms
Equipment
- Stand mixer
- Saran wrap
- Parchment paper or silicone baking mat
- Baking sheet
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375
Instructions
- Add butter and sugar to stand mixer, cream for 1 minute
- Add eggs and vanilla, cream for 1-2 minutes
- Add flour, baking soda, and salt, and stir to combine
- Fold in M&Ms
- Wrap dough in saran wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes
- Section dough into 24 smooth round balls
- Place balls on parchment-lined baking sheet, then back for 7-10 minutes, checking regularly for doneness
- Remove from oven to cool slightly, then transfer to a wire cooling rack
Notes
Replace 1 cup of M&Ms with chocolate chips or other ingredients for variety.
