Ingredients
- 1 filet of fish
- ½ cup bread crumbs
- ⅛ tsp garlic powder
- 3 tbs parmesan cheese
- ⅛ tsp dill weed
- ⅛ tsp salt
- Margarine or butter
- Parsley and paprika, to taste
Equipment
- Baking pan or skillet
- Mixing bowl
Preparation
- Add bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, dill weed, salt and desired seasonings to mixing bowl, then mix
- Debone fish filet, if necessary
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
Instructions
- Coat all sides of fish filet with seasoning mixture
- Add butter and fish to baking pan, and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork
