🙞 Chicken and Rice Dinner
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 ⅓ c water
- 2 cups rice
- Seasoning, as desired
Equipment
- Skillet or frying pan
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts
- Add chicken breasts to frying pan, then brown for 5 minutes on each side
- Set chicken breasts aside
- Add cream of chicken soup to pan along with water, then bring to a boil
- Add rice and chicken, then cook on low heat for 5 minutes
- Stir thoroughly before serving
