🙞 Baked Pears

Instructions

  1. Add pears to baking pan cut-side up
  2. For each pear: Add 1 tsp margarine to the center, drizzle with lemon juice, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture, then top with 1 tsp marmalade
  3. Cover and bake for 15-20 minutes
  4. Serve with a scoop of ice cream or frozen yogurt

Baked Pears

2 Med ripe Pears peeled and halved
4 t marg
1 t lemon juice
2 t sugar
1/4 t cinnamon
4 t orange Marmalade
     Place pears cut side up in a shallow
1 qt baking. Place marg in center of each
drizzle with lemon juice. Combine ->

sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over
pears top with marmalade. Cover
and bake at 350* for 15-20 mins
or until heated through yeald (yields)
4 servings . Serve with scoop
of ice cream or frozen yogurt.
