🙞 Baked Pears
Ingredients
- 2 pears
- 4 tsp margarine
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp sugar
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 4 tsp orange marmalade
Equipment
- 1 qt (8x4x2.5 or 8x6x1.5 inch) glass baking pan with lid
Preparation
- Peel and halve pears
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Combine cinnamon and sugar
Instructions
- Add pears to baking pan cut-side up
- For each pear: Add 1 tsp margarine to the center, drizzle with lemon juice, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture, then top with 1 tsp marmalade
- Cover and bake for 15-20 minutes
- Serve with a scoop of ice cream or frozen yogurt

Baked Pears
2 Med ripe Pears peeled and halved
